Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the AI App Icon Studio service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

AI App Icon Studio is an AI-powered application icon generation platform. Users describe their desired app icon via text prompts, and our AI models generate a 1024×1024 source image that is automatically scaled to iOS and Android standard sizes and packaged into a downloadable ZIP bundle.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

Diamonds are the virtual currency used within AI App Icon Studio. Each AI icon generation consumes a set number of Diamonds depending on the selected AI model. Diamonds have no real-world monetary value outside of our platform.

Purchasing Diamonds. Diamonds may be purchased using real currency through our payment processor (LemonSqueezy). All prices are listed on the Pricing page and are subject to change.

No Refunds. All Diamond purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Expiration. Diamonds do not expire as long as your account remains active. We reserve the right to modify the expiration policy with at least 30 days' written notice.

No Cash-Out. Diamonds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or other currencies.

Your content. Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the icon images you generate using your own prompts. By generating an image, you represent that your prompt does not infringe on any third-party rights.

License to us. You grant AI App Icon Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your generated images for the purpose of delivering the service (e.g., displaying them in your dashboard).

AI model output. Generated images are produced by third-party AI models (including fal.ai and OpenAI). We do not guarantee that generated images are free of third-party intellectual property claims. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before commercial use.

No guarantees on uniqueness. AI-generated images may be similar to outputs produced for other users. We do not warrant exclusivity of any generated image.

You agree not to use AI App Icon Studio to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or AI models
• Circumvent access controls, payment systems, or Diamond limits
• Resell or sublicense access to our service without written permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to generate images in bulk

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining Diamond balance without refund.

To use the full service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

All trademarks, logos, software, UI designs, and other content on AI App Icon Studio (excluding user-generated images) are the property of AI App Icon Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written consent.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that generated images will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI App Icon Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AI App Icon Studio in the 90 days preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your remaining Diamond balance will be forfeited and will not be refunded, except where required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
