Privacy Policy

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We store this securely via Supabase.

Payment information. When you purchase Diamonds, payment is processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. We receive only a transaction confirmation, your purchased amount, and an order reference ID.

Generated content. The text prompts you enter and the icon images generated by AI are stored in our system so you can view them in your dashboard. You may delete them at any time.

Usage data. We collect basic usage information such as generation timestamps, the AI model used, Diamond balance changes, and error logs. This helps us monitor service health and improve the product.

Technical data. We may collect standard web logs including your IP address, browser type, and device type for security and debugging purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the AI App Icon Studio service
• Process Diamond purchases and manage your balance
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Store and display your generated icons in your dashboard
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account alerts)
• Diagnose technical problems and improve the service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

We work with the following third-party service providers. Each has its own privacy policy and data handling practices:

• Supabase — database and authentication provider. Your account data and generated images are stored in Supabase. supabase.com/privacy
• LemonSqueezy — payment processing. Your payment details are handled by LemonSqueezy. lemonsqueezy.com/privacy
• fal.ai — AI image generation provider. Your text prompts are sent to fal.ai to generate images. fal.ai/privacy
• OpenAI — AI image generation (GPT model). Your prompts may be sent to OpenAI when you select the GPT model. openai.com/policies/privacy-policy

We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider to deliver the service.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated icons and prompts are retained until you delete them or close your account.

If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g., payment transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), authentication tokens managed by Supabase, and restricted access to production systems. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you by email as required by applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing

We use session cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login state and preferences (such as selected language). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent you from logging in or using certain features of the service.

AI App Icon Studio is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Our service is operated globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and European Union. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
